Southwest Air proves its personality

I was among those stranded around the holidays.  I inconvenienced myself to fly out of Baltimore instead of the more closely located Dulles and Reagan National airports, just so I could take Southwest to my home state of Ohio.  I’m glad I did, because after being diverted TWICE and landing in the wrong city, I had a truly pleasant customer service experience that reinforced my faith in Southwest.  Their happy blogging and social networking strategies purporting the company to be transparent proved true, after all!
